Jelqing
Among the most common penis enlargement exercises is the technique known as the Jelq. We have described a variety of jelqing methods for you to examine:
One Handed Jelq:
1. Massage your penis until it reaches 60-80% erection.
2. Taking only the head of your penis in your hand, stretch your penis directly out in front of you, holding this position for 4 to 5 seconds.
3. Using your right hand in a moderate okay grip, start at the base of your penis and slowly pull towards your penis head using a milking motion. It should two to three seconds to reach the glans. Release.
4. Repeat steps 2-3 using the same hand or alternating depending on what makes you comfortable.
5. Perform this penis exercise for 5 minutes.
Note: This is a variation of the ultimate jelq that is appropriate for all skill levels to perform.
Tips:
• While this penis exercise can be performed without lubrication, it is advisable to use a lubricant of your choosing to prevent any possible chafing.
• You must take special care not to perform this enlargement exercise with a fully erect penis. Failing to do so could result in vascular damage.
• Only moderate grips should be used during this jelq technique. If too much pressure is applied it is possible to cause bruising or the rupturing of superficial blood vessels. You must still be sure to grasp all the way around the penis so that no blood may escape.
• When exercising it is important not to ejaculate. Ejaculation releases the pressure you just worked so hard to build. If you feel the urge to ejaculate stop the penis exercise, resuming only when the urge has subsided.
Jelq and Hold
1. Massage your penis until it reaches 60-80% erection.
2. Using your right hand in a moderate okay grip, start at the base of your penis and slowly pull towards your penis head using a milking motion. It should two to three seconds to reach the glans. You will notice your glans expand with blood.
3. Hold this position for 10 seconds.
4. Repeat steps 2-3 30 times, alternating hands.
Note: If you should experience blood spots at the end of your penis after a workout, do not be alarmed. These spots are normal and should disappear after a few days.

Ultimate Jelq
1. Massage your penis until it reaches 60-80% erection.
2. Using your right hand in a moderate okay grip, start at the base of your penis and slowly pull towards your penis head using a milking motion. It should take two to three seconds to reach the glans.
3. Maintaining the grip of your right hand, repeat the same motion with your left replacing the right hand when the glans is reached.
4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 with a smooth rhythmic motion for a time period of five minutes.
Tips:
• While this exercise can be performed without lubrication, it is advisable to use a lubricant of your choosing to prevent any possible chafing.
