Pre-Exercise Warm Up

With any penis enlargement exercise program, it is always advisable to begin with an effective warm-up before starting your routine. As with most types of penis enlargement, it is imperative that the practitioner ensure that maximum possible blood flow is achieved in order for him to experience the gains desired at a reasonable pace. There are numerous ways to perform a pre-exercise warm up so here are two that are appropriate for exercisers of all skill levels, from beginners to veterans.

The Steam Cloth

To perform this warm-up you will require either a large face cloth, or a small hand towel. We would suggest the towel regardless of your current penis size, since it allows for more steam to circulate at a time. Soak the towel in the warmest water comfortable to your skin. DO NOT USE OVERLY HOT WATER. The skin of the penis is very delicate and will be scalded if you are careless with the temperature. Once the towel is soaked, it remains only to wrap the towel around the penis and testicles, trying to avoid any openings where the steam can escape. Hold the warm towel in place for around 1 minute, and then imbibe it once again with more warm water. This time hold the towel in place for 1 ½ to 2 minutes depending on your level of comfort. By this time you should feel ready to begin your penile exercise program. If not, simply repeat the process until prepared.

The In-Shower Warm Up

This warm up is a simple yet efficient way to prepare for your program. It involves standing in a warm shower and stretching the penis in different directions for several minutes. This exercise should be performed with a flaccid penis. Never attempt to stretch the penis when erect, as this may cause serious damage to the penis of the unseasoned practitioner.

It is important to remember that a penis enlargement routine is like any other form of physical exercise. A good warm up gets your body tissue into a more relaxed state and prepares it for the stress and strain of your workout.
